Project Management

Project Management is very significant and the key to success during our time here. In order to accomplish our goals as a team we need to manage our time. Meaning, we have to balance what's needed and what we can trade-off. As a team we have to go through the basic stages: Forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning. These are the stages I noticed and figured out during today's afternoon lecture about management. On the other hand , a team can also have pitfalls which can be avoided. We're coming along great as a team and I know we'll be successful in the long run.Last, i'm satisfied with my team members and we're going to make it happen...Until next time...i'll be Back

  1. Project Management is a very important skill to hone, especially within a group. It's good that you recognize Tuckman's model for group development, but again take it further. It is unlikely you will be able to successfully apply this model to future projects if you do not think through a document the real experience. Specifically, describe a few instances of each occurring within your team (example of forming, storming...etc).

Also, why are you satisified with your team? What do you do well? What/who do you credit for the successful functioning of your team?

    Give us more! :-)
